New Purpose

I've re-invented my blog. Initially I had begun this blog to primarily discuss the 08 election. Mostly I used it as a place to vent. I've left a few of the old posts that I thought were particularly relevant to my new purpose, which is to provide a forum for an ongoing dialogue about issues related to education and equity. I will attempt to post topics and articles that relate to the ongoing journey of trying to make schools and the world a better place. Last time I did this blog, I found that I enjoyed posting interesting thoughts or links, but that I was more interested in hearing what others had to say about it. I'll probably continue my practice of asking questions, but feel free to respond in any way you are moved. You may also want to ask a question of other readers, looking for help in solving a dilemma or trying to understand a perspective.
