I've considered leaving teacher education a few times over the last couple years, but I just can't imagine what I would do that I loved as much. So, for now, I continue to slog through the absurd bureaucracy. What would it take for you to quit your job/profession?

What would it take to quit my job?
1) Most importantly, if I saw the work I was doing was no longer excellent for kids.
2) If I was asked to do something unethical or against the core of what I believe to be the best for children.
3) If my family needed to move away from this area.
4) If a loved one needed me to take care of them and that was the best choice for all.
